To make a booking
Our scale of charges is shown in the Booking Terms and Conditions.
Special rates are available for new groups -please ask.
The booking process is via the online calendar. or use the menu left.
To make a booking firstly you will need to check the calendar for availability.
Click in the + in the day you wish to request a booking.
If you haven't made booking before you will be asked to register as a new account, or if you only in tend to make a one off booking, you may login as a guest. You will be sent an email to verify your email address. If you don't receive this please check your junk mail. If your email isn't verified we can't send the invoice and so your booking is not secure.
Once registered fill out the on line booking request form. Under additional line items remember to select Meet and Greet if you aren't familiar with the premises. If you are familiar you will be sent an access key code.
For private bookings you will be emailed an invoice which must be paid before your booking is approved. Payment must be made with in 5 days else the booking request will be cancelled.
